Logistics Process Coordinator

Logistic Process Coordinator reviews and drives development of supply chain processes within local logistics structures, maps and reviews current execution of logistics processes and functions on central, regional and local level, and actively develops and supports system improvements based on the aforementioned logistics processes.
Main responsibilities: Support daily operations within supply chain teamsTrack and map processes and process documentation within the supply chainIdentify, initiate and lead optimization projects/initiativesParticipate and represent supply chain stream within IT implementation/development projectsCoordinator of a stable ERP system + system improvements within supply chain streamMonitor and manage IT connections quality to external services (EDI, API, etc.)Prepare and coordinate operational logistics functions end user trainingFurther develop supply chain transparency in cooperation with the global Logistics communitySkills required: Knowledge of inbound and outbound goods procedures and their related systems/documents, warehouse management processes, retail operations, and logistics processesKnowledge of the reference market and product characteristicsUnderstanding of basic logistics data flows and EDI connections between providersProblem-solving and proactivityOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams and projectsCommunication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAPKnowledge of Italian and English languagesMiele Italia offers a young, international, informal, highly meritocratic environment.
