Dover Industries Italy incorporates two brands: MS Printing Solutions and JK Group.MS Printing Solutions is a trusted global manufacturer of innovative solutions for the demanding and ever-changing market of digital textile printing.JK Group is a leader in the production of innovative inks for digital textile printing focusing on water-based pigment, disperse, reactive and sublimation and provides the worldwide digital textile printing market through 2 independent brands: Kiian Digital and J-Teck3.In this role you will oversee two Warehouses: one in Novedrate with Inks finished products and one in Guanzate, for the Printing division: chemical and metal-mechanical raw materials, spare parts of the metal-mechanical part and finished products.You will report to the Operations Director and will manage teams in the Warehouse and Shipping departments.What you will do: Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goalsDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methodsTrain and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsOversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logisticsReview and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer serviceMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulationsSupervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and shippingSchedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtimeInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessaryMeet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss preventionOversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilitiesProduce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)What you need to have: Expertise in Warehouse management procedures and best practicesProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Leadership skills and ability to manage staffStrong decision making and problem solving skillsStrong knowledge of SAPGood knowledge of EnglishWhat we offer:Company onsite canteen Accident insuranceFree parking nearbyAnnual bonusReferral bonusGrowth opportunities & international environmentYou'll only be the right candidate if you are aligned to our values and culture: Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit Winning through customers High ethical standards, openness and trust Expectations for results Respect and value people If you believe you match our values and have the experience we're looking for, then apply!
