Purpose of Position:We are seeking a Logistics & Inventory Manager to be a reference and a guide for the Logistics and supply activities for IRCA. The ideal candidate will organize the daily operations of the IRCA Plants to ensure the optimal and efficient functioning of the system. The role entails guiding a team and making sure all relationships with internal and external stakeholders are taken care of.
Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:Managing materials movement among different plantsEnsuring the correct shipment of products to the customersCoordinating Logistic provider activitiesImplementing and monitoring Logistic KPIsSupporting the team in project management activitiesCollaborating with Customer Service for Logistic claims managementVerify the congruence between expected production pipelines and stocked raw materialsInventory level alignmentEngage actively and collaboratively in all improvement processes and in the resolution of problems, which require coordination with other DepartmentsEducation:Degree in Engineering is preferred
