This internship gives you an overview of the logistics activities where you can help the logistics office on daily operative tasks and learn how to plan and organize import and export activities.Tasks and responsibilitiesHelp to plan and schedule all incoming and outgoing shipments - in line with company requirementsAssist in the preparation of timely import documentation (including customs authorization) for air and sea shipmentsSupport the interaction between warehouse and transportationHelp to monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activitiesSupport the process of goods returns, mistakes, and damagesAssist in the daily communication to all relevant departments in the particular warehouse, purchasing, and customer serviceProfileHigh school degree or university degree in engineering or economicsExperiences in logistics/warehouse or other backgrounds where careful planning and accurate execution are carried out on a daily basis are considered a plusFluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plusKnowledge of MS Office (Excel)Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems is considered a plusPassion for complex and dynamic processesCustomer-orientedWorkplace: Bolzano, ITIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!Brands of Oberalp-Group
