Logistics Internship

Overview:
**Kemin Cavriago** is looking for a **logistics internship**.
He/she is responsible for managing excel files used by different areas of the business. Keeps these files up-to-date. Prepares documents for daily shipments. He/she collaborates with members of the logistics and warehouse team to ensure that the daily loads run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:
- Logistics excel file maintenance
- Creates loading lists based on the shipment file
- Updates the daily loading/unloading schedule file to give the correct information to the warehousemen
- Preparation of shipment documents
- Prepares the order on the management system
- Prepares the documents relating to each shipment (pre
- and post-shipment) up to the invoicing of the order
- Other activities
- Good knowledge of the Italian language and discrete knowledge of the English language mainly in writing
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy and reliability
- Adaptability: flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment and ability to adapt plans as required
- Good Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel)
