Logistics Internship

Overview Kemin Cavriago is looking for a logistics internship.He/she is responsible for managing excel files used by different areas of the business. Keeps these files up-to-date. Prepares documents for daily shipments. He/she collaborates with members of the logistics and warehouse team to ensure that the daily loads run smoothly. Responsibilities - Logistics excel file maintenanceo Creates loading lists based on the shipment fileo Updates the daily loading/unloading schedule file to give the correct information to the warehousemen - Preparation of shipment documentso Prepares the order on the management systemo Prepares the documents relating to each shipment (pre- and post-shipment) up to the invoicing of the order - Other activitieso Managing e-mails with transporters and customers regarding the documents of shipments made Qualifications - Good knowledge of the Italian language and discrete knowledge of the English language mainly in writing- Good communication skills- Accuracy and reliability- Adaptability: flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment and ability to adapt plans as required- Good Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel) Interested: Please visit us at www.kemin.com or send your CV to ****** #LI-RG1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
