Your RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage medium to large-scale logistics projects for both new and existing customers, tailored to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Your ResponsibilitiesEvaluate organization, milestone plans, and startup costs for RFQ responses or customer offers.Manage and lead medium-sized projects following specific methodologies.Oversee the daily execution and workload of the project team, ensuring deliverables and objectives are defined, agreed upon, and delivered on schedule.Communicate project progress, issues, and escalations, and facilitate resolutions as required.Challenge project status and manage customer expectations.Lead internal and external workshops and deliver customer presentations.Conduct project analysis and make related decisions (e.g., Go/No Go decisions, startup cost budgeting, and controlling).Set the project strategy, including structure, setup, and scope.Your Skills and Experiences3-5 years of project management experience.International experience or experience in an international work environment is a plus.Experience in the logistics sector with focus on Publishing, Retail, FMCG.Knowledge of automation fulfillment centers is nice to have.Proficiency in MS Office.Operational warehouse knowledge.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.Fluency in Italian and English.Good Reasons to JoinSince 1890, Kuehne+Nagel is committed to shape the world of logistics with a strong determination to connect people and goods through innovative and sustainable logistics solutions.
