As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics processes to maintain the highest standards in logistics operations.Tasks and Responsibilities:Logistics Oversight: Supervise shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.Document Preparation: Prepare air waybills (AWB) and other transport documents to facilitate smooth goods flow.Cost Optimization: Analyse transport quotations to optimize efficiency and control expenses.Claims Management: Handle claims for damages during transport, coordinating with carriers and managing necessary documentation.Compliance and Administration: Create and manage invoices and transport documents (DDT), ensuring adherence to current regulations.Qualifications:Proven experience in logistics operations or a similar role.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with logistics platforms and documentation processes.A proactive approach and a collaborative mindset.Good spoken and written command of the English language.Apply nowAt Archiproducts, you will be working in a young, dynamic environment.
