About the position:
We are looking for a Venaria MS Logistic Coordinator who will join the Site Logistics team, reporting directly to Motorsport Head of Supply Chain; this position is based at our office in Venaria (Turin). As Venaria MS Logistic Coordinator you will:
Ensure a correct and timely management of deliveries (incoming / outcoming); Guarantee proper feeding to subcontractors and to Production in collaboration with Planning Team; Organize and control materials flow, internal and external, ensuring the inventory accuracy; Support the Logistic Team in case of issues with forwarders, brokers and customs in order to ensure deliveries on time of the goods (incoming / outcoming); Optimize the transport costs; Implement best practices and improve methodology to make the logistics flows lean and efficient Elaborate and analyze periodic reports for the assigned site KPIs (eg inventory accuracy, ...) keeping informed the Head of Supply Chain; Analyze inventory discrepancies, internal and at subcontractors, and related root causes in order to define corrective actions, in collaboration with Production/Planning, R&D, suppliers, Purchasing, Head of Supply Chain; Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, respecting safety, health and hygiene regulations. Team Management; Manage and/or support Projects Management related to Logistic / warehouse material management. What you will bring:
Bachelor Degree (nice to have Management or Industrial Engineering and/or specific Supply Chain Management Education); Fluent in Italian and English; Proficiency knowledge of Suite MS OFFICE (especially EXCEL); Excellent knowledge of SAP (MRP + Supply Chain functionalities); Accountability for Others; Attention to Detail; Integrative Ability; Project and Goal Focus; Other skills that we would welcome:
