Logistics Coordinator

Poste In the role, the Logistics Coordinator, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, will work in close contact with the Purchasing, Production Progress, Industrialization and Production functions to guarantee the services of the logistics area and ensure the achievement of quality standards.
Missions Key Role Responsibilities and Lead Responsibilities Organize and manage logistics flows; analyze the deviation from the KPIs and implement the necessary actions to guarantee the efficiency of distribution operations.
Scouting, negotiation, and supplier management; analysis and monitoring of supplier performance.
Supervise the traceability of the flows, guaranteeing the accuracy of the data for extrapolation, analysis and reporting activities.
Manage continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of the logistics area.
Support the purchasing area and collaborate with the production and supply chain functions to implement the new approach to integrated logistics.
Profil Profile: Management and coordination of the team (about 20 people).
Strong analytical skills, proactivity and problem-solving skills.
Ability to relate in international contexts and at various levels.
Fluent knowledge of English and/or French.
Informations complémentaires Desired Qualifications: Level of study required: Degree in management/logistics engineering.
Experience required for this job: Experience: 5+ years in structured companies with internal production.
Good knowledge of the SAP system.
Knowledge of production problems and flows.
Ability to implement new procedures or optimize flows in logistics.
