What's the role?Reporting to the Logistics Specialist, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join us in a fixed term role and ensuring the Zespri European and Export Logistic obligations and execution of ZGS Supply Chain.This role can be based in Bologna or in Aprilia and will run for six months from September 2024 to March 2025.Key Responsibilities include:Ensure the realisation of European logistic targets i.e.
fulfilment of Zespri Direct Deliveries orders in full, on time and in spec, respecting Zespri allocation plan;Coordinates day-to-day inter-functional resolution of logistic challenges, communicating proactively with fruit suppliers, trucking companies, freight forwarders and 3PLs;Support the team with the freight order creation European trucks order creation;Assist the team with other duties as required.Ko wai koe?
Who are you?We are looking for a people person who thrives with logistics tasks and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, friendly environment.The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields;Fluent in English and Italian language – written and oral.
French or Greek an advantage;Between 1-3 years of work experience in Logistics/Operations;Solid working knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Word;Knowledge of SAP environment is a Plus;Power BI and BI Tools competencies an advantage.He aha e tika ai a Zespri?
