Job Description We are looking for a new colleague who is responsible for the customer service and demand planning of our Sales Office Italia.
Your main tasks will include: Demand Planning: This includes: Updating forecast planning in collaboration with sales and alignment with HQ Belgium.
Placing production orders and managing stock levels.
Maintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices, and conditions in SAP.
Tracking and communicating order status to Sales and/or Account Team.
Arranging delivery & transport for different product groups – both inbound and outbound.
Keeping contact with the warehouses to prevent and solve any possible shipment issue.
On the customer service side, your tasks include: Customer Service Responsibilities: Booking, processing of incoming orders, issuing invoices & order confirmations.
Setting up new customers in SAP.
Independent maintenance, accounting, and documentation of condition agreements.
Providing the appropriate product & pricing information to the sales team.
Credit control: monitor and chase outstanding payments; weekly telephone follow-up of payments.
Gathering all relevant information, issuing shipping documents, and subsequently sharing them with Customers and Partners involved.
Requirements: The job requires: Bachelor level education in an economical direction.
Excellent computer skills (Excel).
Good product knowledge and awareness to provide correct customer information.
Knowledge of SAP and the way to work in retail is highly recommended.
Punctual, conscientious, attentive to detail & assertive.

5 years work experience in a supply chain or customer service role recommended.
SAP experience recommended as this is the main system for the customer service role.
