We are looking for a new colleague who is responsible for the customer service and demand planning of our Sales Office Italia. Your main task will be demand planning and logistics. On the customer service side your tasks include order processing, invoicing and organising delivery. This is the main responsibility of the customer service assistant. Clearly both function as a team. As the role combines the demand planning with the customer service part this role is a key role in the implementation and co-ordination of the commercial office operation in Italy.

Updating of forecast planning, in collaboration with sales and alignment with HQ BelgiumPlacing production orders and managing stock levelsMaintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices and conditions in SAPTracking and communicating order status to Sales and/or Account TeamArranging delivery & transport for different product groups – both inbound and outboundKeeping contact with the warehouses to prevent and solve any possible shipment issue.On the customer service side your tasks include order processing, invoicing and organising delivery. Booking, processing of incoming orders, issue of invoices & order confirmationsSetting up new customers in SAPIndependent maintenance, accounting and documentation of condition agreementsProviding the appropriate product & pricing information to the sales teamCredit control: monitor and chase outstanding payments; weekly telephone follow up of paimentsGathering of all relevant information, issuing of shipping documents and subsequent sharing with Customers and Partners involved.ProfileThe job requires Bachelor level education in an economical direction, excellent computer skills (EXCEL) and ultimately good product knowledge and awareness in order to be able to provide correct customer information.5 years work experience in a supply chain or customer service role recommended. SAP experience recommended as this forms the main system for the customer service role.Knowledge of SAP and the way to work in retail is highly recommended.PC literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.)
