Job DescriptionYour main task will be demand planning and logistics:Updating of forecast planning, in collaboration with sales and alignment with HQ BelgiumPlacing production orders and managing stock levelsMaintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices and conditions in SAPTracking and communicating order status to Sales and/or Account TeamArranging delivery & transport for different product groups – both inbound and outboundKeeping contact with the warehouses to prevent and solve any possible shipment issueOn the customer service side, your tasks include:Order processing, invoicing, and organizing delivery. This is the main responsibility of the customer service assistant.Booking, processing of incoming orders, issue of invoices & order confirmationsSetting up new customers in SAPIndependent maintenance, accounting, and documentation of condition agreementsProviding the appropriate product & pricing information to the sales teamCredit control: monitor and chase outstanding payments; weekly telephone follow up of paymentsGathering of all relevant information, issuing of shipping documents, and subsequent sharing with Customers and Partners involvedProfileThe job requires:Bachelor level education in an economical directionExcellent computer skills (EXCEL) and ultimately good product knowledge and awareness in order to provide correct customer information5 years work experience in a supply chain or customer service role recommendedSAP experience recommended as this forms the main system for the customer service roleKnowledge of SAP and the way to work in retail is highly recommendedPunctual, conscientious, attention to detail & assertiveTOP values – Team-work.
