We are looking for a Logistic Supervisor to join our team in Maranello (MO).
YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and optimize storage space Coordinating shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of goods Ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and up to date.
Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected Monitor and manage operational and Quality KPIs both internal (productivity, absenteeism, quality) and external required by the customer contract Monitor and manage KPIs and audits of housekeeping, safety, and environment Supervising and evaluating employee performance Providing out-of-hours coverage to ensure a sustainable workflow.
Leading and developing the team through learning and continuous feedback WHO YOU ARE: You hold a High School Diploma You have already managed similar challenges for at least 3 years You have a strong problem-solving attitude and critical thinking You are able to manage complexities and stress You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills You have an analytical mindset and can see details in the chaos You are proficient in MS Office You are preferably familiar with the Warehouse System Management (WMS) software DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
