The successful candidate will ensure that logistics operations are efficiently managed and in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
In addition, the Logistic Specialist will plan and organize shipments, monitor warehouse stocks, optimize logistics processes, and prepare reports.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Engineering or Logistics, experience in logistics, and be proficient in Excel.Main Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate logistics activities in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements in coordination with the production department.Plan and organize shipments of finished goods and raw materials.Monitor warehouse stocks and plan material handling strategies.Coordinate external suppliers, ensuring the quality and timing of services and supplies.Optimize logistics processes, monitor the efficiency of logistics operations, and make improvements.Conduct statistical analysis and prepare reports related to the logistics department's performance for general oversight and performance feedback.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Engineering or Logistics.Previous experience in logistics gained within modernly structured companies.Good knowledge of logistics procedures and regulations.Ability to manage and coordinate logistics activities efficiently.Proficiency in Excel.Knowledge of SAP is preferred.Familiarity with national and international regulations concerning the movement of goods is appreciated.Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.Results-oriented with attention to detail.Additional InformationFluent in Italian and good level of English (spoken and written).Knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fixed Term Contract.Full Time.
