AIC Group is looking for a professional to join us in the role of Logistic Specialist in Torbole Casaglia (BS).
RESPONSABILITIES: Shipment management: Coordinate and manage all activities related to the shipment of products, ensuring optimal delivery times and minimising transport costs.Logistics planning: Developing and implementing effective strategies to optimise logistics workflows, including inventory management and shipment route planning.Warehouse operations coordination: Supervise reception, storage and distribution activities within the warehouse, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes.Quality assurance: Continuously monitor the quality of shipping and logistics services, identifying and resolving problems or inefficiencies.Supplier management: Work with external suppliers to negotiate competitive rates, manage relationships and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.Documentation and compliance: Ensure that all shipment documentation is accurate and complies with local and international regulations.Problem resolution: Resolve any disputes or complaints related to shipments, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Data analysis: Use data and metrics to evaluate the performance of logistics and shipping operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing innovative solutions.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or related field.Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in manufacturing or distribution for multinational companies.Thorough knowledge of logistics and shipping practices and regulations.Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.Proficiency in the use of logistics management software and systems, preferably with experience in managing ERP systems.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes in business requirements.Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Young and dynamic environment.Open and collaborative culture.Satisfaction and goal orientation (OKR).Work-life balance (flexibility and responsibility).Challenging work with opportunities for professional growth (meritocratic environment).Career opportunities on an international scale.Are you ready for a new challenge?
