Logistic Planning Specialist (m/w/d)
- Your responsibilities:
- Management of logistics service providers:
- Elaboration and analysis of logistic key figures
- Daily communication with the logistics partners in order to guarantee daily business
- Planning Transport for the whole international Dr. Schär logistic network
- Optimization of the transport plan according to constraints and requests from the plant and the market
- Interface between different actors within and outside the company
- Project management: collaboration in various efficiency and both economic and environmental sustainability projects
- Market research with the aim to optimise existing - and to implement new logistics flows
- Green Logistics: future-oriented research to reduce the CO2 impact on our logistics network
Your profile:
- Ideally high school diploma or university degree in the logistics/manufacturing or commercial sector
- Interest in the field of logistics/supply chain management
- Ability to work in a team, initiative as well as analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and hands-on mentality as well as good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Italian, German and English
