YOUR ROLE Support logistic operations in the HQ with special focus on warehousing activities.
Collaborate with the 3PL & internal whs manager to ensure efficient operations and coordination of distribution activities.
Monitor the 3PL warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, to ensure operational efficiency (with particular focus on managing peak periods).
Collaborate on defining/enhancing procedures for key flows contributing to process improvement with focus on reliability, elasticity to demand and safety as well as supporting in new logistic whs projects.
Ensure that shipments are prepared correctly and in accordance with the specifications of the requesting functions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics, such as safety standards and procedures.
Create & develop advanced reporting on whs activities / KPIs.
Support on replenishment, stocktaking & transport activities as well as monitoring of 3PL interfaces.
