YOUR ROLE Support logistic operations in the HQ with special focus on warehousing activitiesCollaborate with the 3PL & internal whs manager to ensure efficient operations and coordination of distribution activitiesMonitor the 3PL warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, to ensure operational efficiency (with particular focus on managing peak periods)Collaborate on defining/enhancing procedures for key flows contributing to process improvement with focus on reliability, elasticity to demand and safety as well as supporting in new logistic whs projectsEnsure that shipments are prepared correctly and in accordance with the specifications of the requesting functions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics, such as safety standards and proceduresCreate & develop advanced reporting on whs activities / KPIsSupport on replenishment, stocktaking & transport activities as well as monitoring of 3PL interfacesYOUR SKILLS Master's degree in management engineering or similarAt least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role within international, matrix-skilled organizationsExcellent knowledge of Office Suite (especially MS Excel)Good knowledge in data manipulation and visualization: knowledge of Power BI or similar will be considered a plusA strong curiosity towards logistics optimization and supply chain and an innovative perspective towards these topicsAble to build on established concepts and procedures as well as at ease at generating new ideasAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
