The logistics manager is the guarantor of the correct supply chain operational process, from warehousing to production control, material planning, shipping, logistics, and customer service. Coordinate and animate the logistics team ensuring compliance with the internal rules/procedures and the CCNL in force. Ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Manages the processes and the logistic flows through the coordination of a team of resources able to guarantee the correct physical and accounting management of the warehouses, in compliance with the IATF standards and the SAPA policy. Interfaces with external and internal plants of the plant and the group in order to guarantee the achievement of the assigned targets on the function KPI. Maintains and improves the motivation and professionalism of the collaborators by collaborating in the evaluation of the results and developing a concrete versatility within the team. Guarantees the daily update of the function KPIs (BSC) (security, service level, special transports, stock level, inventory adjustments, I-Fast costs, claim management) and presents action plans starting from the deviations from the targets. Ensures correct handling of internal physical and IT flows in order to guarantee an efficient and accurate inventory management. Ensures the fiscal and administrative correctness of the actions undertaken, of the documents issued.
