Job DescriptionJob position:
The logistic sales coordinator is a bridge between the company and the forwarders and will support the sales area manager in day-to-day activities to ensure correct ordering and customer satisfaction and responds to customer inquiries.
Manage day-to-day activities in order to provide shipments planning and transports analysis to the sales coordination team.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales Acquisition:
Customer order review (commercial, technical, financial review), contract review
Support receiving necessary documentation and approvals from customers, maintain accurate account information
Process all product/trade sale orders
Communicate with Supply Chain Management (Customer Logistic and/or Production Logistic)Customer Relationship & Satisfaction:
Communicate with customers and forwarders via email/phone on inquiries, orders, product quality, delivery, availability of product, pricing and any other questions that may arise
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource/s
Responsible to escalate issues including disputes, quality problems, cost issues or problems respecting time (duty to inform)
Communicate with customers & prospects, prepare offers in coordination with list pricing or coordination with Sales, receive orders and ensure availability, order processing and delivery to the customer.Qualificationso Language: English, Italian
o MS Office
o SAP
o Direct Customers, Distributors, Sales and Technical Team, Operations Manager and Product Manager.
o The responsibility of the territory is EMEA.
