Position
We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator for our Project in UE and extra UE countries. He/She will guarantee, through its organization, the proper management of the Project Logistics in terms of: accommodation camps, warehouses and consumables materials, Company's fleet, material receival from abroad/other sites, material collection from the local market.
Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the Project Warehouse Coordinator (WCC) in the daily management of the project warehouse with particular care to: stock level update upon receival/issuance of materials, issuance of new Request for Materials, stock level analysis, stock corrections, systems update, monthly closing and reporting to the Head of Logistics (EQC). Guarantee through the Capo Piazzale (MGZ) the correct utilization of the Company's fleet assigned to the project, verifying the proper maintenance is duly carried out by the appointed figures and informing the Project Management and the Head of Logistics (ECQ) in case of misconduct at site. When the Equipment is released by the Project, has the formal responsibility of the released Asset till the moment the Company decides to transfer/demobilize them. Issue the Request for Equipment when instructed by the Project Management, Project Logistic Coordinator. Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor (WSS) to support him in the maintenance planning and execution and to make sure all the local as well as the project deadlines relevant to the Asset assigned to the Project are duly met. Guarantee through the Camp Boss (CMM) the proper operational performance of the project temporary accommodation and industrial base, making the necessary plan to execute the requested maintenance and keeping a systematic control of the lodging status and the related cost. Liaise with the local vendor to collect materials or services procured locally, making sure the procured goods/service is delivered/rendered according to the project schedule and Project management instructions, duly followed by the proper paperwork to be handed over to the AFC department. Liaise with the HQ Forwarding and Customs advisor (FCA) to manage the incoming flow of materials shipped from abroad. Guarantee the ERP system update, the monthly closing and reporting to the Head of Logistics (EQC). Guarantee that the project safety standards are duly met by all its personnel. Requirements
Previous experience in the same role of about 5-6 years, with good knowledge of both practical aspects of site Logistics and asset management. Good knowledge of the execution life cycle of a construction project is a plus. Availability to work in UE and extra UE countries.
English fluent.
