**Mission**
Support Logistic & Transportation team in daily operations, dealing with Retail logistic operations
**Key Activities/Responsibilities**
- Warehouse support in daily operations for retail flows.
- Coordinate the external couriers
- Plan and organize the activities based on the capacity of the 3PL
- Daily/weekly/monthly report & KPI (i.e. orders shipped on time, shortages, claims, etc)
- Monitor IT flows (on SAP)
- Manage relationship with couriers/suppliers
- Continuous cooperation and communication with SEP HQ (Italy and Central)
- Face eventual abnormalities and issues
**Profile requirements**
- Almost 1 year of experience in warehouse/logisic
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Fluent level of English is mandatory
- Car ownership
