We are in the process of expanding our language coverage, and arelooking for someone with a background in audiovisual translation in the English toItalian pair. As a Localization Specialist you'll be an integral part of our creative team, driving the localization process of English videos into your native language.
High-level responsibilitiesOptimizing translations and adapting for dubbing and localization from the English source videoSelecting and refining voice casts to ensure they match the English source videoUtilizing new technologies to assist in the creation of dubbed contentManaging first-hand the production and quality control of dubbed contentPreliminary post-editing of clips to improve synchronization and combining inputs (in collaboration with editing team)RequirementsC1+ EnglishC1+ Italian1-3 years translation and or adaptation for dubbingA scrappy self-starter with an owner-mindset and a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologiesOrganized and structured, but able to quickly adapt to changes in plans and prioritiesComfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailAdvantages & Nice to HaveExperience working in either localization, production and/or post productionExperience with video-editing and audio-editing tools, preferably in dubbing or voice-over production
