Your responsibilities: You will be responsible for monthly deliverables, including closings, forecasts, and covering the full financial package and related tasks to ensure reliable financial data reporting according to defined timelines.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and business managers within and outside the organization to support operational decision-making.
Provide financial support to project teams across the full project lifecycle (tendering, project execution, project close-out, and warranty).
You will closely monitor relevant KPIs to push for effectiveness in the cost structure and productivity.
Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including an analytical review of major fluctuations and FX impacts.
Make sure we are compliant with company and country standards, regulations, IFRS accounting standards guidelines, and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits.
You will ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosure.
Provide ad-hoc related financial analysis and participate in relevant financial and transformation initiatives.

Your background: You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar degree.
You have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting and project controlling.
Excellent accounting, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Strong MS Office skills and solid knowledge of financial platforms such as SAP.
Genuine team player who seeks and enjoys collaboration with peers and partners.
Orientation on goals, proactive approach, and problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required, as you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with various people.
Additionally, Italian is a must in order to communicate with the local team.
