Job Description Welcome all arrival guests with the highest standards and depart all departure guests while assisting with any requests.
Anticipate the needs of the customer whenever possible to enhance quality service and, in turn, enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all guests are greeted upon the arrival & departure of the hotel.
Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff.
Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact.
Ensure sufficient stocking of welcome beverages and welcome trolley.
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all times.
Resolve guests' complaints/requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow-up.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
University degree in Hotel Management, fresher or a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
