ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL SKILLS
At least three (2) years of experience in mortgage lendingAt least two (2) years of experience as a production loan partner preferredKnowledge of mortgage loan products and types of loans.Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Outstanding work ethic and time management skills.Perform exceptionally well under pressure.Possess strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage workflowPREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:A bachelor's or associate degree or certification in finance, mathematics, accounting, or another equivalent field of study.Previous experience with Encompass, a plusBilingual English/Spanish a plusWork closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirementsCommunicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decisionInterface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactionsMonitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered toManage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirementsQualificationsAt least one year in the business. We are willing to train the right person with the drive to learn!Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making abilityRequires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience requiredMust have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator LicensePrevious experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferredCompensation$100,000- $150,000
