In this role, you will own the project control activity globally and you will drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing a scope of work and planning schedule and monitoring engineering activities for customer projects. Providing technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Baker Hughes Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors. Leading analytical and designing activities, using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Connecting the dots across technologies and developing cross-technology solutions. Working on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business. To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited University or College. Have professional experience in Project Engineering roles. Have clear thinking attitude with entrepreneurial mindset. Demonstrate resilience and flexibility to work on priority, understanding business needs to translate Engineering effort in Company financial targets. Have ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. Be able to manage a multi-cultural team in a matrix organization. Effective team building and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead changes. Be able to communicate business goals and long term Company objectives. Be fluent in English. Have EU Work Permit.
