Live Out Personal Assistant In Milan Centre

We're looking for a Personal Assistant:
Bilingual French / Italian speaking; ideally the candidate should also speak English – does not need to be perfect, but enough to have basic discussions.Role will be based in central Milano, travel outside of Milano will be required occasionally.The working hours would be from 09:00 – 17:00 – however flexibility will be necessary as the principal does work out of hours and will need support.The role will be predominantly to support the principal, but also his family.Role will include organising agenda, booking meetings, organising the travel of the principal and his family, and general assistant work around the office.The principal's main line of business is real estate.Minimum 7+ years experience - experience in a family office is required.We are looking for someone who has had past experience and can jump into the role relatively quickly. Immediate start, permanent company contract.
