Litigation Trainee

The Litigation team assists its Clients in corporate, financial and commercial disputes, with specific expertise in the areas of banking law, financial and financial services law, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder relations, financial statements, intellectual property law, real estate law, bankruptcy, employment as well as administrative law and regulatory matters and credit recovery matters.
The professionals manage a wide range of domestic and international disputes, including arbitration proceedings before major domestic and international arbitration institutions, both as arbitrators and as party advocates.
The Team is also involved in pre-litigation management to prevent or better address possible disputes in front of ordinary courts or arbitral tribunals.
**Skills & Experience**
- A first-class law degree
- 1-year experience in a litigation dept of an International Law Firm
- A significant experience abroad with the Erasmus project (or similar) or attendance of summer internships in law firms abroad
- Ability to analyse technical documentation and complex legislation (including the interaction between EU and national law) and provide practical advice
- Ability to draft in both English and Italian legal documentation and judicial pleas
- Skilled in legal and case law research
- Skilled in use of PCT through the most relevant consoles (e.g., "Service 1")
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an asset
- Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style
- Teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices
- Strong IT skills (e.g.
