Schedule: M-F 1p-9:30p

Duties: Overseeing the efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Developing staff skills through monitoring, coaching, and training
Ensuring production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved
Building and leading a cohesive team to meet departmental and company goals
Following and enforcing company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of food manufacturing experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Ability to lift/carry 25lbs daily & stand for extended periods and operate electrical & manual pallet jacks/forklifts
Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred
