Kedrion Biopharma is an international company that collects and fractionates blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products for use in treating and preventing serious diseases, disorders and conditions such as Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies and Rh-Sensitization.
Job DescriptionMarketing Line Director Role Purpose: Develop and lead the implementation of best-in-class marketing plans for the Kedrion Immunoglobulin (Ig) brand(s) and business activities across the intercontinental (ICON) markets where Kedrion operates.
Main Responsibilities: • Ensure the implementation of the product strategy and plan execution, coordination and harmonization of operational marketing activities for the geographical areas of responsibility and the definition and implementation of customer care actions.
• Ensure for the product line of responsibility (Ig): - analysis and evaluation of regional business opportunities, potential and performance, market trends and competitive assessment, in collaboration with Global Business Intelligence (BI), including defining - overall balance and growth and profit potential as well as risk levels.- Understand the evolution of the market products/segments and create business cases to identify and support new Life Cycle Management opportunities.• In collaboration with Global BI, conduct customer and market insight research required by the company's strategic objectives.• For the Ig portfolio of products, lead the development and alignment across ICON business functions the Global Brand Plan, clearly defining the global brand strategy, consistent and differentiating brand messaging, and recommendations for the implementation of promotional activities and tools to support the business, in compliance with the current product label and legislation on advertising and promotion • Contribute, in coordination with Medical Affairs, Global Medical & Scientific Information and Commercial Functions, the creation of training for new products or on new indications for Ig products for the entire commercial network.• Collaborate actively with all distributors/business partners and Regional Sales/Commercial Heads.
Skills • Strong marketing fundamentals, business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills• Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships across multiple disciplines – a valued & trusted team player• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment • Desire and ability to be "hands on" in making things happen – strong execution skills Qualifications and Required Experience • / Degree or equivalent required• 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biologics, or healthcare marketing (5+ for Director)• Documented track record of developing and implementing innovative and diverse marketing activities that have delivered strong commercial results, including launch brands.• Experience with plasma-derived products strongly preferred• Our offices in Italy (Castelvecchio Pascoli or Milan), the UK, and Germany are all potential locations for this role, depending on business needs and the successful candidate's preferences.• Travel is a routine requirement, approximately 30% of time
