The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers' base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand's DNA, its heritage and values.
In order to strengthen our Lifestyle Operations team, we are looking to hire a Lifestyle Production Fashion Apparel Specialist , based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the production process from a technical point of view in order to ensure the required quality standards within the delivery time.
As part of the team, the main activities of the role will be: • Contribute to product optimisation, ensuring better cost management and reducing production and delivery times.
• Inspect semi-finished and finished products to assess any defects and, depending on the defects found, propose the most appropriate technical measures to resolve the problems.
• Identify preventive and corrective actions to restore the expected level of quality, in collaboration with other technical departments (Quality and Industrialisation).
• Verify that the characteristics of the products correspond to those of the samples ordered, ensuring that they meet the required specifications.
• Contribute, through the organisation of the control processes, to the achievement of the objectives of effectiveness and efficiency of the whole production system, with particular attention to the required delivery times.
• Check Di.Ba, measurement sheets or master data and implement change protocols where necessary.
• Manage files for updates on all garments in collection, arrival and inspection of PPS samples, arrival and dispatch of Shipment Samples to the warehouse.
Maintain photographs and documentation of all items inspected.
• Prepare and send to the warehouse the sets of documents in preparation for the quality control phase.
Required Profile In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results and you will have gained at least 5 years dedicated experience in Fashion Industry .
Excellent technical knowledge of apparel products is required.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured.
You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
