Licensing Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are currently looking for a talented Licensing Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing licensing strategies to enhance the brand presence of Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026.
The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage the licensing process.

Responsibilities:
Preparation and management of necessary documentation for the function (e.g., presentations, document flows, follow-up on approvals, and internal sharing).
Company scouting activities and initial contacts with target companies.
Management and harmonization of the database.
Support in contract management processes, including interfacing with various involved functions (Legal, Brand, Sustainability, Finance).
Management of internal approval workflows.
