Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) - Naples-Collier County

CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Naples-Collier County, FL area.
Responsibilities potentially include but are not limited to:Recording a patient's medical information accuratelyBack-up relief for all staff positions as neededAdhere to all company policies and rulesPerform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisorProvide emotional and psychological support when neededCommunicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and instructionsTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
as neededPatient assessment and monitoring, vital signsMinimum Qualifications:Current State of Florida LPN license required in good standingMinimum ASN and/or BSN preferred, not requiredProven experience as LPNAbility to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary teamUnderstanding of confidentiality obligations and best practicesExcellent knowledge of medical terminologyAbove average physical condition and staminaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and able to handle stressExcellent observation skills with high attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 30 poundsMust submit to and pass a drug screen, background checkAbility to provide Form I-9 documents that show your identity and eligibility to work in the United StatesOther duties which may arise that are commensurate with the title and positionBilingual (Spanish or Creole highly preferred)CDR Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V and EO/AAN/D.
