The position is based in Bagno a Ripoli (Florence). The candidate will be involved in all the HR activities including compensation & budget. Reporting to the Industrial Sites & Logistics HR Director, she/he will support actively in managing HR processes within the LG Industrial HQ. Job responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities and internal mobility, providing support to the Line Managers in identifying candidates fitting with Departments' needs; Manage temporary workers and the related budget; Ensure proper implementation and management of appraisal processes for all the assigned employees; Support Line Managers in analyzing current organizations and their adequacy to the business strategy, contributing to the definition and communication of new organizational evolutions; Collaborate in managing employee relations with unions' representatives; Participate in the definition of annual HR budget, HC, cost analysis; Communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding HR processes, main organizational changes, and plant initiatives; Guarantee timely and appropriate fulfilment of HR administration and labour regulations requirements for assigned departments in close cooperation with the Corporate HR Administration department. Profile:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics or related field 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in a highly performing environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships. Strong analytical skills. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
