Bulgari S.p.A., within its** Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit** based in **Florence**, is looking for an energetic and highly organized Marketing Coordination Specialist.
As **LG&A Marketing Specialist**, the profile will support the Senior Manager in the execution of projects dealing with the implementation of the marketing and communication plans in line with the strategy of the brand on the LG&A category.
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**SHOWROOM & COLLECTION LAUNCH**
- Regular management of the whole showroom sample set and accurate check of its compliance, aligning with Product Development Dept;
- Organization of seasonal Collection launches in Florence showroom to buyers and business partners including consolidation of the agenda, sitting assignment, staff event, product display, preparation of needed support materials by coordinating with Corporate Events Dept and Visual Merchandising;
- Supporting Milan and Paris Fashion Week collection presentations to the press, granting product availability both for the set up and street style shots and cooperating with VM team on the display of the Collection.
**GLOBAL PR NETWORK SUPPORT**
- Supporting the PR network on the implementation of communication activities related to the LG&A category in line with both the global marketing strategy and the local business goals;
- Supporting the definition of seasonal PR and VIP Gifting sets for main collections and special projects and granting their timely launch.
Follow-up with Distribution Dept for their deployment in the markets, supervising the alignment between product launches and communication activities;
- Supporting the seeding product-wise to talents and celebrities and monitoring the effectiveness of communication activities with HQ;
- Implementing of action plans for press relations initiatives.
**ASSETS CREATION**
- Brief and follow up with the agency for shooting and post
- production of all leather goods & accessories technical product photos, granting their alignment with finalized products, as well as flawless execution and timely delivery.
Such images serve internal presentations, online publication (product page & 3D render), PR needs, local marketing, AFSS and B2E sales;
- Collaborating with the **Product Development Department** in order to identify the noteworthy technical and artisanal phases to be shot with PR team of the seasonal key-products selected with the Manager.
**BUDGET**
- Supporting the Manager in the regular management of the Marketing Dept budget: negotiation for goods and service supply for assigned projects, purchase order creation for both **_Intercompany and Third Party_** costs, goods/service acceptance, invoice tracking.
Profilo
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 years' experience in a in a Marketing or Communication Team within a luxury or fashion brand;
- Project management;
- Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point).
Ability to use SAP and PLM is a plus;
- Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
