Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle is our leader, currently holding the #1 spot among all Word IOS, Android games in the US.
We're on the hunt for a skilled Level Designer to work on the Cryptogram project .
Responsibilities Create New Levels: Design and develop new levels for the project, including selecting quotes and encoding them for Cryptogram.
Content Management: Enter and manage content within the game, working with data tables to ensure accurate implementation.
Difficulty Curve Design: Develop and balance the difficulty curve of levels to create an engaging player experience.
Level Analytics and A/B Testing: Analyze level performance using game analytics, and conduct A/B tests to optimize level design and player engagement.
Game Design Documentation: Write and maintain detailed game design documentation, ensuring clear communication of level design and gameplay mechanics.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer, specifically in puzzle, match-3, or similar genres.
Strong understanding of difficulty and balance principles in casual puzzle games.
Demonstrated success in refining levels to improve game metrics.
Extensive knowledge of various games, particularly within the puzzle genre.
Russian language is a must.
Intermediate level of English.
Preferred Skills Spanish or German knowledge.
Experience working with Unity.
