Within Generali, The Human Safety Net (THSN) is the flagship community initiative of Assicurazioni Generali that aims to empower disadvantaged people.
Programmes target different societal challenges, but share a common purpose: to unlock human potential by inspiring people to help people.
THSN is Generali's global initiative for the community, launched in 2017 and now active in more than 20 countries.
Key responsabilities of the role will include:
- Carrying out all activities connected and correlated to the organization and management of the Boards of Directors (for example by preparing and / or verifying, as appropriate, the agenda of the meetings and the contents of the proposed resolutions), including the preliminary and subsequent legal / corporate obligations thereto
- Supporting the coordination of THSN Foundation's Surveillance Body activities under the 231 Dlgs, (for example by preparing and / or verifying, as appropriate, the agenda of the meetings and the contents of the proposed resolutions), ensuring the regular information flows, and carrying out the implementation of the Model 231
- Ensuring the implementation of the new operative model of THSN Foundation with the respect of the commercial activities
- Performing the risk assessment on THSN Foundation promoted by the Group Controls key functions and in this respect monitoring the enforcement of standards and regulations
- Supporting the Group Legal Entities in international context with the respect of the activation of the fundraising vehicle dedicated to THSN, (eg.
local foundation, association) and ensuring its implementation
- Monitoring the impact of The Human Safety Net activities with regard of the privacy matters and ensuring the adoption of the related procedures
- Performing the due diligence at central level on THSN partners and monitoring/ensuring the proper performance Generali legal entities involved at international level
- Drafting and reviewing of contracts, LOI, and other agreements where THSN Foundation is involved
- Overseeing THSN Foundation corporate governance system with the respect of the national (i.e.
Third Sector reform) and international scenarios
**Must have**
- Law graduate
- Al least one year of previous experience in legal field in other corporate companies or entities (eg.
compliance, privacy, corporate affairs, 231 D.Lgs., regulatory, AML etc.
)
- High level of English (C1 level) in English and Italian
- Excellent knowledge of Power Point and Microsoft Office
- Ability to deal with digital user experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
