**TURATI**

**THE ROLE**
New Guards Group is looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Commercial&IP Legal Team.
S/he will report to the Legal Manager - Retail and Real Estate, and s/he will provide law advise on a global level, with particular focus on contract retail (lease agreement and franchising) and real estate matter (service agreement, agreement with architects and general contractors).
S/he will provide legal expertise on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of agreements.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**- Negotiate, draft and review contracts at a worldwide level, with specific reference to: retail lease agreements, temporary rental contracts, lease amendments and related agreements (maintenance contracts, service contracts, procurements contracts, consultancy agreements), franchising agreements.-
- Advise on contract's status and legal liabilities associated with different deals, supporting the Retail Business Team on the overall activities.-
- Monitor deadlines and contractual obligations (lease's expiration or renewal, rent review or break clauses).-
- Provide support on new retail projects such as new opening and/or buyback and prepare relevant materials and documentation to present the project for internal approval.-
- Provide legal support in the management of the negotiation and drafting of franchising agreements.-
- Provide legal support for store planning department, with a focus on tender contracts and related services, agreement with architects and general contractors, etc.
**WHO YOU ARE**- Law degree, specific background in Real Estate would be a plus-
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant areas of law, with a knowledge of the Retail and Real Estate market.-
- Fluent in legal and business English written and spoken is a must: this will be tested in the interview process-
- Ability to work in a team-
- Strong sense of integrity and highly confidential-
- Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents-
