Role Overview: The Legal Specialist will oversee all contractual matters related to influencer partnerships, paid campaigns, and ambassador agreements. This role ensures compliance with image rights, contract law, and company policies, mitigating legal risks while supporting business operations. Additionally, this person will be responsible for maintaining accessible and organized contract records for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts for influencers, ambassadors, and celebrities, ensuring they align with legal requirements and business goals.
Negotiate terms and conditions to safeguard the organization's interests while fostering strong partnerships.
Ensure proper collection, organization, and accessibility of all contracts for Samy Alliance and client stakeholders like L'Oréal.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Provide legal counsel on image rights, intellectual property, and other campaign-related matters.
Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with influencer campaigns and collaborations.
Advisory & Support: Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on legal aspects of paid campaigns and influencer engagements.
Conduct legal research to support decision-making and compliance initiatives.
Assist in resolving disputes and handling escalations related to contractual matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law and intellectual property, particularly related to image rights and marketing agreements.
Excellent negotiation and critical-thinking skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Languages: Italian native, English full working proficiency (verbal and written). Experience: 2-3 years of legal experience, preferably in contract management, marketing, or media-related industries.
Familiarity with legal research tools and practices.
Experience working with contracts involving influencers, ambassadors, or celebrities is a plus.
