Legal Specialist Biogas Development

**To strengthen our rapidly growing biomethane team in Italy we are looking for a Legal Specialist to support our team in the legal aspects of developing and purchasing biogas power plants.

**Your new job**
- Draft, review, and support the negotiation of M&A transaction documents for the purchase of biogas plants in Italy
- Coordinate with external advisors during the Due Dilligence phase
- Draft, review, and support the negotiations of project contracts and other commercial agreements (project development agreements, EPCM, EPC, O&M, supply of feedstock, service contracts, etc.
)
- Contract management
- Legal support for all other team activities
**Your profile**
- Law degree
- +3 years of experience in M&A transactions and commercial contracts
- Experience in international companies and/or law firms
- Understanding of the energy sector, ideally in biogas and biomethane, and energy regulations and contracts in Italy
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
