**Posizione**:
As a Legal Specialist at NHOA you will support the Legal team in providing a proactive legal advice to the Energy Storage business, as well as implementing initiatives and processes in order to set standard and reinforce a culture of integrity, ethical behaviour and responsibility.
The person will get the opportunity to work in a high-profile environment and join an international and dynamic team used to working under pressure and collaborating to reach key deadlines and goals.
This role will report ot the Head of Legal and it requires an individual with personal confidence, legal acumen and business savvy to operate in a highly regulated industry.
Your will be primarily involved in:
- Analyse and identify the legal risks and implications of all the business's transactions;
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements (EPC Agreement; O&M Agreement; Supply Agreement, LOI, Bank guarantees etc...);
- Manage claims, variation orders and settlement agreements in collaboration with the Contract Managers;
- Coordinate with external lawyers and advisors;
- Interface with all internal departments to arrive at the best solutions for NHOA;
- Set-up and continuously improve NHOA processes and standards;
- Support the Legal team in all legal matters of NHOA Group.
**Requisiti**:
The Legal Specialist must have a Law Degree and at least 5 years of experience in a legal department of an energy or industrial company or in an Energy department of an international law firm.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of another language such as Chinese will be a distinct advantage;
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing large sized EPC projects,
- Experience in negotiating or managing contracts in Australia or Asia would be a distinct advantage;
- Familiarity with renewable energy sector and market practices;
- Ability to find workable solutions to complex legal issues;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including a direct, candid and concise communication style;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Gravitas and credibility to gain the confidence of executives inside and outside NHOA.

**Location**: Hybrid remote (from Italy) and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.
Availability to travel (2-3 times per year).
