As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of our business operations.Job Location:Milan, ItalyMain Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts within the ICT/Telco and Energy sector.Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies, with a focus on competition law, trade secret protection, and anti-bribery.Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company.Collaborating with international teams on cross-border legal matters.231 Compliance: Oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of the 231 Model, including risk assessments, training programs, and internal investigations.Requirements:Law degreeStrong understanding of Italian and EU contract and commercial lawIn-depth knowledge of 231 Model and related regulationsExperience in the ICT/Telecommunications sector is preferred but not mandatoryExcellent negotiation and communication skillsFluency in English and Italian, Chinese would be a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for Technology and Innovation, we encourage you to apply to learn more about Huawei and this great job opportunity.Interested?
