Since 1927, the brand has been dedicated to creating luxury accessories accessible to a wide audience of consumers.The only Italian brand in its category, fully present at WW level, Furla is synonymous with quality, creativity and an optimistic but self-confident personality.THE MISSION:Be a Business Partner from a Legal standpoint for Corporate Functions, providing timely answers and legal analysis.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Contracts editing and management (English and Italian)Legal counseling for all Business functionsProviding legal advice and support to the business on a wide range of areas of contracting matters and on different corporate and commercial matters.Advising and supporting contract negotiations in all aspects with both private entities and public authorities.Acting as a legal advisor mainly in the commercial IT contracts and lease agreementsDrafting of national and international commercial agreements and contracts (such as IT contracts, lease agreements, consultancy agreement, endorsement agreements, sponsorship agreements, trademark license agreements, franchising agreements, etc.
