Legal Specialist

Dolce & Gabbana is looking for a Legal Specialist with expertise in contract law, including procurement, services, and licensing agreements, coupled with a strong focus on copyright law. He/She will join our Legal Direction in Milan. Main activities and responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including procurement, services, and licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. Providing legal counsel and guidance on copyright matters, including Intellectual Property protection and infringement issues. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and mitigate legal risks. Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and facilitate effective contract management processes. Handle various legal matters as their arise within the organization, demonstrating versatility and agility in problem-solving. Requirements At least 5 years of experience as legal in house in contract law, with a focus on procurement, servicesand licensing agreements. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. In-depth knowledge of copyright law and related Intellectual Property concepts, with demonstrated experience in providing strategic guidance and solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to details, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and navigate nuanced legal issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
