Your mission We are looking for a talented Legal Specialist who will join our Finance Team reporting to our CFO. Your responsibilities Contracts Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring the contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. GDPR Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for GDPR-related inquiries and compliance efforts conducting data protection impact assessments and advising on data protection measures. 231 Compliance: develop and implement compliance strategies and initiatives to ensure adherence to 231 requirements. Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate governance documentation, provide support for corporate governance matters, keep stakeholders informed about corporate governance best practices, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations. Legal Analysis: Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the company's operations and industry. Analyze laws, regulations, and legal precedents to provide guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Cross-funtional support: Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and facilitate effective contract management processes. Handle various legal matters as they arise within the organization, demonstrating versatility and agility in problem-solving Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law 3+ years of experience in a legal role, focusing on contracts, GDPR compliance, 231 compliance, and corporate governance. Strong understanding of contract law, GDPR regulations, 231 requirements, and corporate governance principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and navigate nuanced legal issues.
