Enables the company to take full account of legal issues in its day to day business and supports the company in all legal aspects of its operations and corporate governance.
Contribute to the attainment of business objectives in line with Company's overall vision, mission and strategies.
Responsabilità
- Advise all divisions within Italy on a wide range of areas of law (commercial, labour, compliance, privacy, IP, criminal, etc.)
and support the company in legal aspects of its activities.
This can be expected to include amongst others dealing with various commercial agreements, competitor challenges, pricing and reimbursement issues and compliance issues.
- Corporate house keeping (company books, statutory requirements,)
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Manage outsourced legal matters
- Keep abreast of evolving legislation, jurisprudence and precedents and monitor legal developments impacting business
Functie-eisen
In order to meet Company's values and mission, the appointed person will need to be enthusiast and eager to learn, demonstrating a sound knowledge of the Italian
and EU legal frameworks.
Knowledge of the law applicable to pharmaceuticals would be beneficial and excellent transactional and commercial law experience is required.
Top class communication and organizational skills, ability to find smart solutions and work well within teams will be essential.
The position requires:
- Degree in Law with current admission to practice in Italy (preferred).
- 1/2 years Business Partnering gained at a prominent law firm and/or in-house with a major company (Pharma preferred)
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter.
