Job Description: The Key Duties and Responsibilities of the position are: Drafting/reviewing of banking and procurement contracts related to Bank's products (current account, bank deposits, cards and other retail banking products), with particular focus on mortgage contracts;Rendering legal advice on all Retail Banking products offered by the Bank that may be requested from time to time from the business, CEO, risk and control functions, with particular focus on mortgage contracts;Supporting marketing and compliance office in the review of marketing campaigns;Liaise with the Head Office functional reporting line through participation in thematic working groups, making presentations/speeches on risk & opportunities and best practice.
Contribute in drafting legal reports;Contributing to policies review, banking processes review/fix (for example onboarding, product life cycle), review of communications to clients;Support in complaints handling when the matter is particularly complicated from a legal standpoint.Desired Skills & Experience:Degree in Law;Enrollment in the Bar Previous experience in legal departments of banks-financial institutions/national-international law firms on banking law (TUB, Trasparenza, Codice Consumo etc);Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams;Ability to deliver high quality work in a straightforward, easily understandable and straight to the point way;Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines;Good knowledge of English LanguageDuration: PermanentLocation: Milan (hybrid)About INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
